About Push
Push is a brand of orthopedic protection and support developed by the Dutch company Nea International, with roots in research at the University Hospital in Maastricht. The brand was founded in the 1980s when two medical specialists began developing an alternative to traditional taping of joints in the event of injuries.
The result was orthoses that combine textile materials, elastic bands and stabilising elements to provide support to a joint without completely restricting movement. This principle allows the joint to be stabilised while allowing the body to continue to move naturally.
Today, Push develops a wide range of orthoses for several parts of the body, including the knee, ankle, wrist, thumb, elbow and back. The products are used both in rehabilitation and during physical activity to stabilise joints and reduce strain.
Push is also known for its three product lines:
- Push care – support for minor everyday problems
- Push med – orthoses for treatment and rehabilitation
- Push ortho – advanced orthoses for more extensive joint problems
The products are developed in collaboration with researchers, physiotherapists and medical specialists and are manufactured according to medical technology quality standards.

Push suits you if:
