The self-adhesive pads provide optimal support for the forefoot thanks to their T-shaped design. They lift the front arch of the foot and relieve pressure on the ball of the foot. The pads are made of dimensionally stable PU foam for comfort and relief. They are self-adhesive and easy to apply and can be used in all types of shoes.

Size guide & fit
Sold in pairs for the right and left forefoot. The pads can be glued to any pair of soles and then moved between different shoes. They can also be glued directly to the shoe for minimal space usage.
