Choose the right support for your training

The need varies depending on the sport and the stage of the injury. In ball sports, extra stability is often required during rapid changes of direction, where an adjustable ankle support provides security after a sprain. Running benefits from gradual compression that facilitates blood circulation and reduces muscle fatigue in the lower leg. In strength training, joint protection can relieve tendon attachments and reduce peak load in the extreme position.

During the first rehabilitation phase after an acute injury, it is important to use soft edges, skin-friendly material, and light compression to help reduce swelling. Always consider the stage of the injury, your sport, and how much mobility you need to maintain.
